Savage Hybrid replaced the hybrid battery pack in my 2007 Prius one year ago. The battery recently began showing problems indicating a bad battery, so I brought it back to them. The initial assessment was a problem with the battery pack, and other problems including the catalytic converter. They called two days later with great news the problem was only with the battery pack, and there was no charge! They could have easily charged me an additional several hundred dollars, but instead they chose honesty and integrity. My advice: Don't even think about taking your hybrid anywhere else!

My daughters 2009 Camry Hybrid died in our driveway in Plymouth Meeting. Numerous scary codes, flashing lights and beeps. Called two local dealers and was shocked by the price they wanted to just diagnose it. Plus it was a holiday week so they couldn't guarantee when they would get to it. A third high profile dealer never returned my call. (not a NICE place to visit afterall) I had it delivered it to Joe at Savage, he had it back in less than 48hrs. He even did an oil change, lube and filters. Price was amazing. One half of what I thought I'd pay even with the flatbed charge. Never used him before but he treated me like an old friend. You can bet I'll be back.
