"Love your hybrid? Bring it here! " For the second time in a row, my conveniently-located Honda dealer has looked at my beautiful vintage 2003 Insight and had no idea what was wrong with it. So they opted for the easiest way around this by telling me I needed to replace all the parts that might be malfunctioning, for thousands of dollars. And, part deux, I take said car to the very inconveniently located (for me) Savage Automotive, and thoughtful, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented diagnostics are applied, the specific problem is found, and the repair done for a fraction of the cost. From now on I will be making the trek to Northeast Phila whenever my car needs work. It is worth the trip.

That goes a long way when somebody takes or makes a few minutes to even just talk about everyday life let alone what service is being performed on your vehicle. My family has been coming here starting with my grandfather. Honesty and integrity go a long way.
