I called savage after being given a ridiculous estimate by another company. I was looking for a hybrid specialist and called Savage for a 2nd estimate. Joe @ Savage wanted to do his own diagnosis and come up with his recommendation for what needed fixing. He was very through in his explanation of what he was going to do. His estimates was a lot less and completely different from the 1st mechanic. They even fixed a water leak in my trunk and went above and beyond what I was expecting in fixing other issues as well. I found an honest and $ reasonable mechanic who takes the time to explain what it's going to take to repair a vehicle. I'm impressed and will be a returning customer.

The folks at Savage are awesome! Recently, the instrument display on my 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid lit up like a Christmas tree. First it was the Check-Engine Light. Then the IMA Light, then the Battery light. When the last one lit up I knew it was trouble. The dealership estimated it would cost $8,000 to fix the issue. The only way they would fix it was to replace the entire battery bank at HUGE cost to me. There was no way I could do that and I was looking at replacing the car... instead. Don't really have the resources for that, either. Fortunately, I heard about Joe and the guys at Savage in the middle of this whole mess. They got me taken care of for 22% cost of what the dealer said it would be. On top of all that, their customer service was amazing and my car was returned neat, clean and running great. Joe followed up with a phone call to make sure it was running well, which it is. I'm so grateful and will refer all my family and friends to Savage. I know this sounds like a solicited review, but I assure you, it is not. Just a review from a very satisfied customer.
